Financial Resources
KCA invests its principals' funds and those of its limited partners, which include institutional investors and high net worth individuals. The firm targets initial equity investments of $3 million to $15 million in new platform investments. KCA will sponsor larger transactions by co-investing with its limited partners or other investor groups. KCA will commit additional equity capital for add-on acquisitions or other strategic financing needs as opportunities arise.
